Last week I gave the lecture to colleagues from the Croatian Psychological Society about the added value ONA brings to companies.
We talked mostly about the Change Management, Knowledge Management and Talent Management. For each of the topics I presented one case study, ranging from IT company of 120 employees to a company from energy sector of +3.500 employees. I also mentioned the other uses, like data-driven decision whether to invest in the retention of an employee leaving the company or not.
I was glad to see ONA got such big attention from the audience. Dijana Zver from the Croatian Psychological Society later called the event in her Linkedin post: "an inspirational lecture." And ONA really gets your ideas start flowing, because when you know your company's influential networks, you can start to influence your influencers. And with their support, you can do many things!
